Welcome to Cuddy (“we”, “our”, or “the app”). By using Cuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Cuddy is a promo code search app that helps you find discount codes and offers for businesses. We aggregate publicly available information from coupon sites, brand websites, and similar sources.

2. No Guarantee of Code Success

We do not guarantee that any promo code or discount will work. Codes may be expired, invalid, region-restricted, or otherwise unusable. We provide information for informational purposes only. You use codes at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Cuddy has two plans:

• Free – Search up to 3 brands per day. Includes ads.
• Pro – $4.99/month. Unlimited searches, no video or interstitial ads, no ads between results, and improved AI search.

When you subscribe to Pro:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy.

4. Advertising

The free version may show banner and video ads. Pro subscribers do not see video or interstitial ads. Ad content is provided by third parties such as Google AdMob.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to harm others, violate laws, or abuse any service or third party.

6. Disclaimers

The app and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of any promo codes or linked websites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Cuddy (“we” or “the app”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect or process:

• Device location (country) – Used to show promo codes relevant to your region. Location is used only for country-level detection when you allow it.
• Search queries – The brands or businesses you search for are used to fetch promo codes. This data is sent to our service provider to perform the search.
• Subscription status – Your Pro subscription status is managed by Apple and stored locally to adjust app features.

2. Advertising

The free version of Cuddy shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data for ad delivery and measurement. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details. Pro subscribers do not see video or interstitial ads.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment details. Apple may share limited information (e.g. transaction status) with us. Payment and billing data are governed by Apple’s policies.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and improve the app
• Return relevant promo codes for your country
• Manage subscription entitlements

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers, ad networks (e.g. AdMob), and Apple for subscription processing.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service. Local app data is stored on your device.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. You can disable location access in your device settings. To manage subscriptions, use your iPhone Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.

8. Children

Cuddy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

How to Use Cuddy

Find promo codes for your favourite brands in a few taps:

1. Type a business or brand name in the search bar and tap Add. You can add multiple brands for one search.
2. Tap Find Promo Codes to search.
3. Wait for results to load. Codes will appear with discount details, copy buttons, and links to shop.
4. Tap a code to copy it, or tap Shop Now to open the brand’s website.

Free: Up to 3 brands per day. Pro: Unlimited searches, no video ads, and improved results.
