1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "67 Clicker" mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

67 Clicker is a fun, simple clicking game inspired by the '67' meme. The App allows users to:

• Tap the screen to make cartoon hands move and track clicking progress
• Compete in VS mode with local multiplayer
• View global leaderboards through Game Center
• Earn badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for reaching milestones
• Participate in Monthly Challenges
• Purchase additional clicks through in-app purchases

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App for:

• Personal entertainment purposes
• Competing with friends through leaderboards
• Participating in monthly challenges
• Making legitimate in-app purchases

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
• Distribute copies of the App without permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate clicks
• Manipulate or exploit any bugs or glitches in the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases that allow you to buy additional clicks. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase
• Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• Purchased clicks are added to your total immediately upon successful payment
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

6. Monthly Challenge

The App features a Monthly Challenge where users must reach 18,000 clicks within a calendar month to unlock rewards:

• Premium black background for the remainder of the month
• Double clicks (each click counts as 2) for the remainder of the month
• Challenges reset automatically at the start of each new month
• Progress is tracked locally on your device

7. Badges and Awards

The App features a badge system:

• Bronze Badge: Awarded at 25,000 total clicks
• Silver Badge: Awarded at 50,000 total clicks
• Gold Badge: Awarded at 100,000 total clicks

Badges are displayed on the leaderboard and in the app interface. Badge status is determined by your total click count.

8. Game Center Integration

The App uses Apple's Game Center service to:

• Display global leaderboards
• Sync scores across your devices when signed in with the same Game Center account
• Provide competitive features

Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's Game Center Terms and Conditions. Scores are cumulative across devices when using the same Game Center account.

9. Data Collection

The App collects minimal data stored locally on your device:

• Total click count
• Monthly challenge progress
• Badge achievements
• VS mode session data
• App preferences

No personal information is collected or transmitted to external servers, except through Apple's Game Center service (subject to Apple's privacy policy).

10. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to graphics, design, code, and features, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data or progress
• Interruptions in service
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Issues with in-app purchases (subject to Apple's policies)

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App is distributed. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
